July 18th - Visiting Park Guell

Today for spanish classes our students were able to visit one of the most interesting places in Barcelona, Park Guell. Park Guell is a large park that has many different gardens and pieces of architecture that were designed by the famous Antoni Gaudi. The students were able to check out his leaning hallways, candy land like rooftops and the mosaic lizard that has become quit a staple in Barcelona! After class the students took a much needed break and then headed off to electives. Photography went to the Gothic area of Barcelona to photograph in only black and white and play with light, while the conversation class strapped on some roller blades and headed around town!
